Austen Robilliard is our founder and Chief Executive. With over 20 years' wealth management experience, Austen was most recently Interim Chief Executive at IWP Investment Management where he led the development and implementation of their central investment proposition (CIP), managing internal portfolios and supporting advisers in meeting their regulatory requirements. Prior to moving to IWP, Austen led the management of Murdoch Asset Management’s model portfolios, delivering market leading performance during his tenure, earning national and international awards, including being the European Fund Selector of the Year in 2020, 2022 and 2025.

Dipesh Mesuria is a Consultant and was Head of Fund Research at a Swiss-owned private bank and discretionary wealth manager.  There he served UHNW and HNW individuals, institutions, charities, consolidator firms and wealth planning networks. He brings over 20 years' investment experience, the last 10 in leadership roles. Experienced in the creation, development and management of strategic and tactical asset allocation across the full spectrum of asset classes. Dipesh also acts as an outsourced investment management specialist, articulating investment philosophy, process and fund selection directly to clients and their advisers.
